Full Measured Surveys

Feasibility Studies / Pre-planning Consultations
Before a project evolves, we can carry out a feasibility study of the proposed works to ensure that a project is viable. We also have a close working relationship with the surrounding councils and can discuss your project with the local authority before submission to ensure we provide the best design option. Planning Applications
For a planning application we will prepare the submission documents taking into consideration the feasibility study and the client’s requirements. We will also act as the agent for all planning submissions and liaise with the Planning Authority to ensure the application runs smoothly. Please note: The Planning regulations changed in 2008, with certain applications a planning application may not be required, please contact us to discuss your specific project or see http://www.planningportal.gov.uk/planning/ for more information.
Building Regulation Applications
A building regulation submission is required for 95% of projects we deal with. We ensure all our projects are designed to meet the latest building regulations and standards. We also have a partnership with Wiltshire Council and can liaise though the local area office for any project within England.
Party Wall Agreements

Design and Access Statements
Design and Access Statements are required for certain planning applications such as new residential properties through to listed building works. The statements are invidually tailored for each project and highlight the design issues we have considered throughout the feasibility stages of the project.
